Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted for:

  • Incorrect product selected by the customer
  • Minor packaging variations

2. Request Timeline

  • A return or exchange request must be raised within 7–15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges must be borne entirely by the customer.
  • Customers are advised to use a reliable and trackable courier service.
  • The company shall not be responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed return shipments.

4. Exchange Process

  • After successful verification, a replacement product will be dispatched.
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, the company reserves the right to deny exchange.
